PM of india Narerendra Modi visited to Singapore and inked MOUs in the area of technologies, semiconductor, Healthcare and education last month. These are:-
- Agreements in the field of digital technologies in the area of DPI, Cyber security, 5G and emerging technology to facilitate closer cooperation.
- MOUs inked between India and Singapore over semiconductor ecosystem partnership. Singaporean semiconductor companies shows keen interest to invest in India. For that Indian Government will set up dialogue mechanism to facilitate smooth investment in India.
- Agreements related to health and medicine to promote closer cooperation in human resource development in Healthcare and pharma,in which Indian Healthcare professional will work in Singapore.
- MOUs over Educational cooperation and skill development signed between both the nation. Where two countries have active collaboration on skill development which will complement ongoing initiative.
